DENVER – The Developer of Lichter Landings, a 175+ hangar project at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport said that pre-construction orders have been higher than expected.
“With over 650 pilots on the airport’s hangar waiting list, it’s been pretty busy,” said Chris Robbins, the builder and developer.
Robbins said that pilots and aircraft owners can rent T-hangars, small box hangars, or large box hangars. A small number of larger hangars are also available for purchase.
“We are giving pilots and aircraft owners the choice to pay larger or smaller deposits, at their option, but all deposits are 100% refundable if they don’t get a hangar. We’ve made this a no-brainer. We are asking for the aviation community’s support to get this project pre-leased as quickly as possible,” said Robbins.
